Fuses

  • Plugs into PDH, allows power to travel to devices.
  • Limits currents to protect devices
  • Labeled with AMPs

Mini Fuses

  • Plugs into Mini PDP, allows power to travel to devices
  • Top has the number of AMPs labeled on it

Wago Lever Nuts

  • Makes a connection between two power or data wires
  • The side (as shown below) has a line which indicates the length needed to get stripped
  • Must be extremely careful while seating in because it will come out otherwise
  • Make sure to perform the “tug-test” (steps below)
    • Seat wire in at right length
    • Tug on it (firmly but carefully), and make sure it does not fall out
  • If it does come out, make sure to double check the length and re-strip it or straighten out and re-insert it

CAN Lever Nuts

  • Makes a connection between two CAN wires
  • MUST also be EXTREMELY careful while seating in because it will come out otherwise
  • Make sure to close down all the way -- otherwise wires WILL come out

Ferrules

  • Used to secure/terminate wire ends

CAN Clips

  • Holds dupont CAN connections together, and ensures that it will not come loose while driving 
  • Won’t ever need to make a dupont connection in pit

Stubs

  • They help splice the wires so more connections can be made in the same place
  • No labels
